This device is mainly composed of cap storage bucket, cap arranging system, cap lifting system, support system and cap loading system. The cap arranging system adopts belt convey device in straight path to realize the arrangement; the support system supports the vertical cap lifting system and can adjust the angle of the belt to meet the requirement of different height of the cap; cap loading system enables the cap to be on the top of the bottle by using the curved rail, and makes a perfect union with the full-auto belt capping machine. This device has asimple and reasonable structure of fine automation level with the feature of cap adding without climbing and is easy to operate.
