All equipment is brand new and follows relevant operation specification, accompanied by relevant documents. The equipment is maintained as per the state regulations. All complaints about quality are treated seriously.
We assure that our supply price is lower than the market price. Payment terms: 30% prepayment, 65% before shipment and 5% within one week since the equipment is installed, tested and approved.
Filling equipment is dispatched within the time limit stipulated in the signed-off contract subject to the agreed payments are received by the seller.
1. The whole machine: machines under warranty can be repaired and exchanged for free except they are damaged for man-induced reasons or by natural disasters.
1) Warranty period: 18 months from shipment.
2) Man-induced reasons: the user disassembles the machine or detachesits parts, or makes it fall, smash, or bump, etc.
3) Natural disasters: Disasters naturally occur, like water, fire, thunder, electricity, insects, earthquakes, etc.

2) Free training of on-site techniques to operators and using cautions

3. 3 Free-of-Charge
1) On-site troubleshooting is free of charge.
2) On-site labourservice of replacing parts is free of charge.
3) Debugging after repairs is free of charge.

1) Prompt reply to the customers about the products’ performance metrics when they consult techniques.
2) Prompt online guidance of analyzing and judging the troubles and solutions when there is consultation about breaking down.
3) Appointment of door-to-door service will be responsedto and followed by advice within 2 hours, and will be processed within 24 hours.
